<Extricated from the email newsletter of November 2004>
Hey folks, how is everyone? Good, I hope!
I've been doing a few impromptu gigs this month,
13th Nov... in The Moorings with Red Medicine. The Moorings has
had a transformation and is now equipped with stage, great equipment, great sound
engineer and general fabulousness. I had a brilliant time. Emma was fantastic
as usual and Red Medicine were really good fun.
Other gigs to look out for...
21st Nov: The Malt Mill with the Deviadas and Arctik
22nd Nov: Cafe Drummond
I am going to be leaving the Granite City for milder climes in December. I
shall be heading down south to further my gigging opportunities, so all you folk
in the South of England...watch out! I'll be coming to a venue near you...
I'll be having a little "ByeBye" party in the Belmont Cinema Cafe
on the 8th December, which is a Wednesday. I will be doing a wee turn and there
will be other artists playing as well. Feel free to turn up, bring an instrument
and have a jam. You don't have to though, you're more than welcome just to turn
up and have a good time!
Well, that's it from me for now...
Take care!!
Jo
