Breaking news- Single to be recorded this summer. Contrary to all laws of marketing and physics, I am releasing a Triple A Side. There are a couple of reasons for this. I couldn't decide whether to do Vanessa or Clean and decided to do both. Then I thought as they are so different from each other, I would release a more dancey type track as well and cover as much of the market as possible. Plus it will be heaps of fun! The new track has no title at the moment, but is sounding pretty damn cool- and we've only just started. I say we... so who are we?

Blair Cunningham has kindly agreed to join me on this little escapade in co-producing, engineering, playing and guess what? He also makes a very good cup of tea! (hehehe, sorry Blair) Actually he is co-writing the new track, so new experiences all round! I met Blair at a Go North Songwriter's Workshop earlier this year. We were trying to write a song from scratch and it was quite fun and decided to continue the experiment.

As Grant Milne did such a good job on Radiaxial, I'll be heading to Dundee to do the final vocals and possible some of the more acoustic parts.

I think realistically we'll be looking at August for release so keep your eyes peeled!

Also this summer, a music video is in the pipeline! All budding actors/ dolly grips/ tea people and general helpers just get in touch! It's at the storyboard stage at the moment, ie:

Jo: Hey Stuart, why don't we do a music video for the single?

Stuart M: Yeah that would be good.

Jo: What will we put in it?

Stuart M: Dunno, what do you think?

Jo: Merecats?
