<Extricated from the email newsletter of January 2002>
Having spent the last month in some kind of post production vortex, I am now able
to post a newsletter. Sales of Radiaxial are going remarkably well, considering
that my website isn't sorted yet (it's getting there!!!!!!!!). I am still trying
to find a nice easy way to sell Radiaxial online, and have come to the conclusion
that for the immediate future, it will have to be put through www.vitminic.co.uk.
So anyone from foreign climes, or anyone that doesn't trust me with their cheque,
can buy it from there.
Gigs- haven't done any for a while, what with all this sorting out stuff etc.
Will be lining up a few soon, some may even be in your area (although I can't
include USA, Germany, Norway or Italy in that just yet).
I am looking for some marketing suggestions, the sillier the better- no nudity
please, we don't want to terrify new recruits! I am hoping that the people here
who are now in possession of Radiaxial will be able to email their thoughts to
me (even the bad ones... I do mind, and will cry, but I'm a tough cookie). It's
quite difficult for an acoustic album such as this not to sound "samey",
and I hope I haven't done that.
The website has finally stopped being based in America and is winging it's
way over the atlantic to be based here in Aberdeen by secondmotion.com, who will
be doing the design etc. So for the moment, the site is down with a view to being
reopened with huge excitement very soon.
I am working on a music video for Paper Lady (it's a nice short one to start
with), with a view to doing some of the other tracks. Any ideas are welcome...
Thanks for everything, and if you got this by mistake, or don't want it or
whatever, just whack reply and write Unsubscribe somewhere visible (on the email)...
